Hvilket ikke er så almindeligt i Bordeaux, men mere noget man gør i Bourgogne.
Durfort-Vivens vinmarker strækker sig over 4 landsbyer i Margaux-Appellationen: Cantenac, Soussans, Margaux og Arsac.
De bedste parceller blandes for at skabe deres GRAnd Vin, Château Durfort-Vivens.
Vinificeret separat har man skabt 3 cuvée'er - Les Plantes, Le Plateau og Le Hameau: « Les Parcelles de Durfort-Vivens ».
