Domaine Donatsch i Schweiz frembringer vine på absolut topniveau, men desværre i meget begrænsede mængder.
Denne vin er laver på den gamle schweiziske drue Completer og så vidt vides er der vist ikke andre end Domaine Donatsch, der vine på denne drue.

"Picked late and shriveled at high gradations of 105-110 Oechsle, macerated overnight and fermented in old Chardonnay barrels for nine months, the citrus-colored 2021 Completer Malanserrebe offers a clear and precise bouquet of concentrated fruits intertwined with iodine notes. Elegant and refined on the palate, this is a full-bodied, very complex and intense, saline/crystalline white with enormous vitality and mineral tension. The acidity is enormous this year (11.5 grams per liter) but ripe and vibrant. The finish is very long and complex, with a charming sweetness of nine grams per liter that comes across as elegant fruit. A great wine indeed. 14.8% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in Malans, February 2023."
